PERFECTLY MASCARAED EYELASHES. THE BEST TRICKS AND TIPS

1. Start coating your lashes from the hairs growing on lower eyelids. Thanks to this, you can be sure that the freshly coated upper lashes won’t change their shape that you tried to gift them with.

2. Devote an extra moment to the lash tips. Before you start coating lashes with mascara, start from applying the colour product to the ends only. Hold the brush vertically and use one steady and swift motion to coat the lash tips. Owning to this trick, you will gain an effect of maximum extension. Proceed with coating the entire length of lashes with mascara when the first coat applied to the tips dries out a little bit.

3. Take care of the brush. Undoubtedly, dry clots of mascara clinging to brush can ruin every make-up. Therefore, if you want to prevent lumps and clumped lashes, wash your mascara brush at least twice a month. Use either warm fresh water or hypoallergic lotion to clean the applicator.

4. Zig-zag motion works like a magic trick that can be used while coating your lashes with a mascara. It depends on using a brush to grab lashes at their roots and moving the applicator from side to side sliding it upwards. Thanks to this, mascara doesn’t only precisely coat each individual lash but also separates them and styles. This in turn creates an illusion of thick and maximally extended lashes.

5. Maximal curl equals eyelash curler – this item is irreparable here. However, remember to use it once in a while, so for some important life events. In order to style the lashes and help them stay curled longer, use a waterproof mascara. It dries out way faster and fixes the effect better. Apply just one coat of a waterproof mascara to the lash base, wait a while to let the cosmetic dry slightly and then use an eyelash curler to add the shape to the eyelashes you want to obtain. Remember to be super careful and delicate while clenching the pads on lashes. Now, apply your regular mascara. Ready!

6. Do you want to add a little bit of foxiness to your look? Good! So apply a mascara, yet differently than you are used to. Firstly, apply more mascara to the outer corners of the eyes, secondly, coat the lashes located in the inner corners delicately. In this way you will obtain butterfly wings effect – alluring and flirtatious. If you want to enhance this effect even more, it’s a good idea to reach for an eyeliner and apply it to eyelash root lines to correct the shape of eyes and make lashes look thicker.

7. If you want to create ‘open eye’ effect, mascara all your lashes, also focusing on the tiniest lashes growing on lower eyelid. Thanks to this practice, your entire eye would seem to be bigger and the eyeline would round off considerably.

8. If your lashes are short but you want to make them either longer or displayed better, resign from applying a black eye pencil to your eyelids. Otherwise, the tiny lashes of yours will somehow disappear on this black background. Instead, reach for a light shaded eye pencil. Thanks to this, short lashes become easier to notice.
